Account Deletion Request

FCPS World Insights — Data Safety & Privacy (Google Play requirement)

What Gets Deleted

When you request account deletion, the following will be permanently removed from our systems:

  • Account credentials — Your email address, password, and login information
  • Profile information — Your name, profile photo, specialty, and contact details
  • Activity data — Your guideline history, saved items, notes, and usage logs
  • Referral data — Your referral code and associated reward records
  • Notification preferences — All push notification settings and FCM tokens
  • Processing time — Deletion requests are processed within 7 business days. A confirmation email will be sent once complete
  • Retained data — Anonymized, non-identifiable aggregate analytics data may be retained as permitted by law. It cannot be linked back to you
  • Irreversibility — Once processed, account deletion cannot be undone. All personal data will be permanently removed

Submit Deletion Request

Warning — This action is permanent. Once your account is deleted, all your data will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.

This must match the email address registered in your app account.
